    Some of the neighbors go to the church on the wedding day and throw rice at the couple. Then the couple go to the bride's home with their friends and neighbors, and they have a big wedding breakfast there.
    They come home from the church in motor-cars now instead of in carriages and on horseback as they used to do long ago.
    They hold a dance or "spree" in the house on the night of the wedding, and they usually have a barrel of stout also.
