    Ireland. So it paid to raise cattle and fairs once a month became general in one town. Now fairs are held in almost every town.
    A fair green is set aside for the assembly of the cattle. Buying and selling start very early in the morning and most fairs are over about ten o'clock.
    It is amusing to see the men and even women slapping hands and friends trying to get a sale by dividing the difference or even allowing the amount of luck's penny.
