- Whooping cough: If a person met a man with a white horse whatever cure he would give it would cure the whooping cough.
Ringworm: If a person caught 26 worms, hung 12 of them on a bush and let the rest free. While the worms that were hung on the bush were dying the ringworm was going.
Headaches were cured by smoking a pipe of tea of drinking a strong cup of tea.
Warts were cured by water that was resting on a rock.
If the person was looking for the water it would not cure him.
Sore eyes were cured by washing them in cold tea.
