   when the butter is made it
   is clear. tepid water is used
   in Wintertime because the
   milk doesn't thicken as
   easily as it does in summertime.
   It is said that if
   you throw out water or or if a
   stranger goes out with a
   coal in his pipe he would
   bring the butter with him
