- (continued from previous page)In former years the best runners about his district were Patrick and John Grogan, brothers, they lived in Mannin, in the Parish of Aghamore in the County of Mayo. At sports they used always be first in every race and they used to get prizes. Tom Murphy was also a very good runner he used to run at sports. He lived in Cloughwolly, Kilkelly, Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo. He is still alive but he is not in Cloughwolly now.
