  1. In times gone by the best dancer about here was a father to Mrs. Caulfield of Lugbrack. His name was Paddy Murphy of Raith, Aghamore. He danced with a man called Tommy Waldron from Ballyhaunis. They both were as good as each other, except Waldron could hold a glass of ale on his head without spilling it when dancing. Paddy Murphy used to spill the glass of ale.
