    If you have a hiccup put a grain of sugar on top of you tongue & let it melt & if someone frightens you the hiccup will get alright.
    Glasachorle[?] & butter boiled is the cure for a rash.
    Corrigeen moss is the cure for a cold
    If you have a sore hand & get St Patricks leave you are cured.
    If you have a coin get a herb & soak it in vinegar & bathe the coins with it. & it will wear away.
    There is also an herb that only grows at the well & it is the cure for Rheumatic
    There is a cure in a rope that a man hangs himself with.
    Tie a string & sheeps wool and it will get better.
    Melt blue-stone & lime together & bathe the cow rock with it.
    When a calf is born a long time old people say that there is a worm in its tail & they chew tobacco, garlic & salt. they cut the calf tail in two halves. & put this to the wound & bandage the tail
    That works through the calves body & kills the worm
    If you have a sore in your hand, let a black dog lick it & it will get alright.
