    ll [?] talking part in the station took off their shoes and washed their feet in a stream flowing form the well. Then there were seven rounds of the well inside the wall that surrounded it, seven Our Fathers, seven Hail Marys and seven Glorias said on each round. They always said other prayers before they left the well.
    There was some little offering left at the little bush mentioned. This was always something personal - a pin from your clothes, a piece torn from your handkerchief or perhaps a little medal you have been wearing.
