    wool of their own sheep, carded and spun at home and woven by some weaver in the district. The old woman spent the day with her daughter and son-in-law and of course was shown over the house and farm. She gave advice in housekeeping and general management to the daughter who quite possibly was even a better manager than herself. The young bride and her husband paid a visit to her old home at the end of a month never earlier.
