- Two rivers flow one each side of of our house the Tubber-Lee on the right side and the Gweestan on the left side. The Tubber-Lee rises in a well called Tubber-Lee.Some years ago an eel of an enormous size came out of the well and people began to throw stones at it and it began to whistle.His whistle was heard above in Bohola which is two miles off. When the people of Bohola met my grandfather again they were asking him who was whistling round his place and he told them the story.The eel went down the Tubber-Lee river and went into the Gweestan and went down into the Moy.
