    and no scholars coming there. The Parish Priest purchased a vacant house in Mullagh-na-Croife owned by Thomas McDonagh R.I.P. and they held a school there some time, until the present Templemary School was built. The teachers that taught there was a boy and girl named McHale from Killy-Brone R.I.P. Their father lived in a thatch house beside the Killala road.
