In my district there are certain signs of the weather.
In the evening if the crows are going home early, it is the sign of a bad night "for the earlier they go home the worse the night'!
If a crowd of crows are flying and if they are alight on lea land "it is a sure sign of a week of bad weather.
If you see a robin singing in the heart of a tree you are going to have bad weather no matter how good the day is and if he is singing on the outside of the tree your have good weather even if it's raining
