- The cure for toothache is to get a frog and put him into your mouth until he screeches three times. Then let him go and the toothache goes also.
The cure for chincough is to get the milk the ferret leaves after him without. Give it to the person who has the chincough and then he gets alright.
Another cure for it is to get a live trout and let three drops out of him into your mouth. Let him into the river again alive and he brings the chincough.
The cure rheumatism is to kill a crane goose and hang her on the wall until she drops oil. Then rub it on the rheumatism and in a few months it will be cured.
