    2. The weed called "buachaillín" would cure foot-rot in calves. It should be rubbed to the foot.
    3. On sheep especially foot-rot comes. A cure for it is to rub hogg's lard to the foot.
    Ring=worm
    1.To mix bread soda and paraffin oil and rub it to the patch of ring-worm.
    2. Sulphur and paint oil mixed together will cure ring-worm in cattle.
    Red Murrain
    1. If a cow would have red murrain they would give her salts and treacle.
    2. Another cure for red murrain is to give the cow hot buttermilk to drink.
