    in the penal times. All that now remains is the old disused grave yard with some stones belonging to the old church in cluding the hollowed out ones that used contain the holy water. The cave which is some hundreds of yards away under the hill on the opposite side of the road is as perfect as ever and can be seen by the light of a candle after passing through a low passage through which one should creep on hands and knees.
