    Patrick Harris smith of Rathgormack makes a lot of spades, and fire cranes, and pot hangers, for the farmers. Mat Quinlin Clonmoyle used spin a lot of thread long ago. The thread used to be in big rolls and it used be going in and out, until it was all spun. It would make as much thread in an hour as would make twelve pairs of stockings for you.
