    and then it is made a round shape and then it is put in the oven to bake.
    Potato cake is made from boiled potatoes which are peeled and mashed up then a little flour is added then it is mixed up with milk. And when mixed it is rolled on a board and made ito (no) shapes. Then it is put on the pan to bake.
    Soda-cake is made from flour and a pinch of salt and bread-soda and it is mixed up with a jug of new-milk. Then it is put on a wooden board called the "Lasset". Then it is kneaded well and made into a round-shape. Then a cross is put on top of the cake. This is done to decorate the top of the - cake and also to make the cake rise better. Then it is put in the oven or range or pot oven and let bake for half-hour.
