There is a stream in the townland of Bettyville, Ballyboghil Co. Dublin called Margarets stream because at one time a woman of that name lived there in a house. There is no trace of that house now.
There is another field in Malahow, Co. Dublin, called the brick field because years ago there was a brick yard there and bricks were got in it.
There is another field in the same place called the fosset field because it is full of furze.
