  2. Just at the beginning of the fairy passage at the Lock Road is a small yard belonging to Mr J.J Hughes. This yard is occupied by the fairies and every twice a month they have a party here and when it finished they dance. But they do not have the dance in the same place they go to the Fairy House Lucan. On some occasions they hold a ball at this place to welcome a King or Queen of any person of Honour.
