- This little prayer which I learned from my mother is to be said when you are getting into bed at night.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus send me safe over the night.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus protect sinners, save the dying, and let free the holy souls in purgatory.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus, I offer thee all the masses, celebrated to day, for sinners who are in their agony, and who are to die this day, may the Precious blood of Jesus have mercy on them.
Three short prayers are said before rising in the morning.
Infant Jesus, pure, and simple, hear my prayers, and grant my petition.
Gentle Jesus, meek, and mild, look down on me a little child, make me humble as thou art, and with your love inflame my heart.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on me.- Collector
