- (continued from previous page)moment, S.O S. signals were sent out. The life boat came rushing upon the scene of disaster. When only a couple of lengths away from the doomed boat the life boat capsized and before the horror stricken crowd sixteen brave men were drowned.
Not long afterwards the Irish Lights came dashing along to the rescue and this time the people on the ship were saved. The bodies of the brave men who risked their lives to save those in the peril, were recovered and were brought to the morgue and later(continues on next page)- Collector
