    when he heard this “Is there anything I could do instead of this” “There is.” Was the reply. “Give James Flanagan a lease of his land.” “I will surely” said the Landlord, so he started with a pen in his trembling fingers “I agree to give James Flanagan his land and house free, for one hundred and ninety nine years”
    This was a funny incident and many a laugh it caused since.
