Once upon a time there was a school at John Mc Grory's, Tullynaha. The name of the teacher was Master Mulhern. He taught in it for a year. Anyone that would speak Irish, it would be thrashed out of him and they would call him "the mountain gull". The amount of children that was in it was about a hundred. They had to eat stirabout. They had to sit on a stone. This school was in the year 1831.(no title)
