Once upon a time Finn Mac Cumhaill wrote a letter to the high champion of Connaught saying he was going to fight him and for him to be ready. The Connaught champion wrote a letter back to him saying he was ready. Finn started to walk. It is said that he used to cover seven yards of ground with every step.
