out to have a dance that night. The young people gathered into the barn, and spent the time singing and dancing, while the old people stayed in the house playing cards and telling stories. In the early hours of the morning, the people all went to their own homes, tired after the nights enjoyment.
Now-a-days everything is changed. The boys and girls make their own matches, and the old people have nothing whatever to do with them. The side-cars are all done away with, and the bride and groom travel to the Church in motor-cars. After breakfast in the bride’s home, the newly married couple go to other countries on their honeymoon.
