    The teacher in Ballinacarrick go [got?] no money at all. All he got was his living from the people that had children at school with him. He stayed one night at each house.
    The teacher of the Ballymagroarty school got five pounds a year, but he did not go to the poor houses at all, he only went to the rich people.
