- I live in the townland of Mulnamina in the parish of Inniskeel and the barony of Boylagh.
There are eighteen houses in it now but long ago there was thirty. Seven of these houses are slated. Gallagher is the most common family name. Mulnamina got its name from a mountain in the district with a level top.
Nine people in my district are over seventy. They all have some Irish. Long ago a large number of people emigrated to America from.
The soil is rich and fertile except in a few places where it is a bit hilly. There is a wood in the district below my house and a lake about a mile from it.- Collector
