  1. Once upon a time there was a man and he was out late. he came to a house on a bray outside St Johnston. He knocked at the door and asked for lodgings. they took him in and after they had given him something to eat he carried on his back. He then settled down in the corner to sleep.
    They waited until they got him sound asleep They then turned out the bag and decided to kill him. This they did while he was sleeping. They wondered what they would do with the dead body and then decided to cut off
