  1. A Story (continued)

A story is told about Burt castle. It is said that many years ago there was a man who lived in Bohillion, and he owned all the land about Bohillion, and about Burt castle.

    (continued from previous page)
he went up to the castle he scarcely saw a rat, as they were supposed not to be seen until midnight.
The night he went up to the castle at twelve o clock, when he went into the castle he locked all the doors behind him, and went riding on his horse's back through the rooms to be sure that no person was in them.
He went into one of the rooms and as he opened the door he saw a man dressed in white standing in the middle of the room . It was a ghost.
The man fell from his horse to the floor, and at the same moment rats came running out from every corner of the room, and sprang at the man, and in the morning the man was found dead in the castle.
