    my home there is another ruin of an ancient graveyard where the Prestbyterian are buried.
    During the penal days when a priest wanted to say Mass he had to go to some quiet place where the soldiers could not see him. This is some of the places in which they said Mass.
    They were supposed to Mass in some field up near Grianan castle.
    They also said Mass in a field in Noness. It is said that where ever there is a holy well there was a Mass at it in olden times.
