    at their dinner, and the cloud tumbled all the spades and barrows, and swept over Tullyhullion, up by Ballynakilly, and up over Gregory, and when they got to Sprigburn the Irish were losing the battle.
    There were no guns in those days, so they fought with stones, and when the fairies came, everywhere an Irishman stooped there was a pile of stones.
    The good fairies won the battle for the Irish, and they returned the same way, singing in the air.
