  1. My home district is Finnadurk. There are seven families in it. There are thirty five people in it. This is how it got its name. Once upon a time Fionn McCumhail and the Fianna used to be hunting there and ever since that it got the name Finnadurk. There is only one in Finnadurk over seventy and that is Rosie Toner. There are many hills and valleys in Finnadurk. The youngest one is Finnadurk is Sileen McGarrigle
