- About fifty years ago, there was a great wind storm, which did a great lot of harm, it tumbled trees, tumbled stacks, and stripped houses. This storm was on the 12th. December.One Sunday evening about a year ago, There was sports on the Metal Hospital grounds, and when the sports were over, it began to thunder and litining. It lasted for about half an hour.
- There was a great snow storm a few years ago, in which many lives were lost. There were great numbers of sheep and other animals lost.There was a great thunder storm also. It did not effect our district very badly.
There was a great flood also not very long ago There were many things destroyed.
