    God bless me and my wife,
    My son John and his wife
    Us four and no more
    For ever more. Amen.
    Jeremiah who was drowsy heard the old man's prayer. So pulling the curtain aside and raising himself on his elbow, he stuck his head round the corner of the bed and replied :-
    To Hell with you and your wife
    Your son John and his wife
    You four and no more
    For ever more. Amen.
