  1. The Chalice
When the railway from Stranorlar to Donegal was being made a chalice was found. It was found in the farm of the late M McMenamin, Navenny. The owner of the land in which it was found got a concrete cross erected on the spot where the chalice was found. According to James McCormick, the chalice was given to the late Rev. McFeely, P.P. Derry. According to Sarah McMenamin, it was sent to the Crossroads chapel. Rev. P. Duffy C.C. believes that Mass was celebrated here in penal days. The Sessiaghoneill chapel, which was build over one hundred years ago, is known as the Glen Chapel. The chalice was found in the glen a short distance above the chapel.
