- There is a cave of faires in a place called Kirkneady. Bernard Curran who resides in that townland can see them, they come to visit him occasionally they talk to him and tell him of the tunes that are being played at the dances.

- There is a cave on John Friel's farm. This cave is the full length of his farm. It is a structure of two stone walls about 3 feet apart. It is nicely flagged over the top. You could walk easily in side this cave. There is a raised place in the far(continues on next page)
