  1. One time a girl used to herd cows on the banks of a burn. Every day she took a number of little cakes with her saying there were for some children she played with when herding.
    One day her people followed her and found she was playing with fairies.
    Later on the girl became silly would not wash or dress herself and remained that way till she died.
