- There is a ruin castle in the district. The Danes were the people who built it. It is in ruins about 90 years ago. It is situated on a little hill around the shore. Castlequarter is the name of town-land. There is a Dungeon under it where people were killed at night when it was dark long ago. Now Mr Glen Looks after it but it is falling now.
