    in a corner of the kitchen beside the fire on a bundle of straw. Sometimes they carry tea and sugar and some bread which was given to them. They travel generally on foot and sometimes they have a donkey and van. the best known of them was Eily Crepsey and Sam Loughrey. +Paddy Red Coat, Mary Malin, Gracie Paddley Rosie Buckets and old Sophie. They travelled generally singly but sometimes they had a kind of caravan. Sometimes they came to villages for a fair and then they go round the county.
