    he would give him as much money as anyone else would give him.
    The owner of the corn said he would give the man the corn, and he left the corn up at the house. When he went up he got plenty to eat and drink. Then he fell asleep and slept for three days.
    During the time he was asleep the man that took his coat was got dead in the river. The neighbours thought that this was the man of the house and they took him in and had a wake and a decent burial over him.
    The forth day the man awoke in the strange house and the people of the house paid him "dacently" and told him to pay the rent and got a clear receipt. As the man went on the road he met a man that ran away for fear of him. He went on home and wondered to see the house closed up. The woman
