- There was once a man who was always out shooting birds, rabbits and hares. As he was going one day, he put a cartridge in his gun. He fired at a hare. She did not kill her, he only wounded her. She escaped and got into the ruins of an old building. He followed her and saw a lovely girl inside. He knew that this girl was dead for a number of years back. He never fired a shot at a hare again.

- There was once a man and he went out shooting one morning very early. He saw a hare and fired at him. Then the hare ran into an old house. (i.e. a ruin). When the man went in to get him he saw an old woman sitting on a stone and she was all blood. The man never fired a shot after that.
