    The big ones dress up in the evening, and bring a melodeon with them, and they have great fun. They gather as much money, as will bring them to a dance that night.
    St. Bridget's Day falls on the second of February, and it is on that night St. Bridget's cross is made. Sometimes people make the cross a few nights beforehand, and they put it in the roof of the house, as it will keep away harm during the year.
    St. Patrick's day is a lovely day for both young, and old.
