    Banagher the headland in Carraholly.
    Caighe is the land at the barrier. It means that there was a weir there one time.
    Mr Patrick Garavan the local Post boy attached to Carraholly Post Office told me the names of the places and villages in the district, and I believe them to be correct. He is about thirty five years and he heard these names from his father.
