- (continued from previous page)after was strewn with wreckage and dead bodies. Her treasures are still buried in the depths of the sea on the Lambay coast at the spot now known as the Tailure hole.
- A small fishing boat named "the Maggie" went out to fish on 4th day of December 1929. She left Loughshinny one Wednesday. On the way home a storm arose and the boat was battered to pieces against the rocks. Her crew Georgie and Christy Wilde (brothers) and Francis Ryan were all drowned. There were seven or eight other boats out that evening but(continues on next page)
