    For chilblains:
    Get a quart of boiling water add a table spoonful of mustard and soak the affected parts in it.
    For pimples:
    Wash the face in luke warm waters and bread soda.

    Get a glass of porter and millet and add sugar to sweeten. Take it while it is hot go to bed and sweat it away.
    For shingles:
    Get the blood of a true Keogh and get it put on for nine times
    To make the hair grow:
    Make a ointment of burned leather and unsalted butter, rub it on the bald spot.
    For ringworm:
    Get some wheaten straw and burn it black and mix
