Put some common salt on a plate in the oven till it gets very hot. Put the salt into an old woollen stocking and tie around the throat at night. Next day put a woollen bandage around the throat until it gets better.For measles.
Saffron buns, or a little saffron in hot milk is a cure for measles.Chest colds.
