    I lay my body down to sleep
    I give the Lord my soul to keep
    Waken now or waken never

    God Bless me God Bless everybody, Holy Jesus loving Saviour I give you my Heart and my soul. Its upon me once to die and I don't know where, when or how, All that I know if I die in mortal sin I am lost for ever. God be merciful and protect me. Blessed Virgin I commend my soul to your protection. Holy angel of God to whose care I am committed by Thy Divine Goodness enlighten, remain direct and govern me this night and at the hour of my death. Amen.
