- There was once a man living near Shrule. One day as he was out hunting with his hound, he saw a hare running out before him. The hound ran after it and bit its leg. They followed the hare until they came to a small house under a hill. He saw the hare going into the house and he went in and asked did they see a hare. They said no. There was an old woman sitting in the corner and a stream of blood running out from her foot. He walked out quickly and said it was nothing else but the old woman that was the hare.
