Chuaidh siad go dtí an chéad Aifreann í gCorr an Dulla atá í bparróiste Anach Cúan. Tháinig siad abhaile agus chuaidh siad ag snámh í dturlach agus bhí duine eile ar an mbrúach. Chuaidh ceann acú go tóin agus báitheadh é. Ní raibh an beirt eile in ann iad féin a shábháilt agus d'íarr siad cóngnamh don mbuchaill a bhí ar an mbrúach.
