The people in olden t imes used to say this aspiration when making the fire. They need to leave the tongs in the fire grate across and them say:
"May God and the Saints fire serve this place until I arise next day le Cúnamh Dé"When they used to awake next day, they used to pray:
"Seo lá eile le Cúnamh Dé,
Agus go Feicidh mé míle mór
mar é".When they used to quench the lamp at night they used to say:
